To Place An Order

Please use our convenient and secure online cart to place your order. Click on the "add to cart" button to add an item to your order. When you are finished shopping, click on the "check out" button at the bottom of the page or the "check out" link on the menu. Proceed with the checkout process. You will receive an email confirmation of your order in 24 to 48 hours.

If you would prefer to print and mail your order, please use the cart to add items to your order, and then click on the Check Out button above (will open in a new window for easy printing) and print your order details. Mail with payment to the address above. If paying with a credit card, please include your name as it appears on the card, credit card type (Visa or Mastercard), the credit card number, the expiration date, and the 3 digit security code on the back.

Check or Money Order also accepted. Please note that orders will not be shipped until payment has been received and cleared.

Shipping Info

We ship UPS standard ground in most cases.

We can ship UPS third day, second day or Next day Air if requested in order comments.

UPS shipping charge will be added to your credit card charge total after we receive your order. We charge only what UPS charges us and will contact you via email with the exact total that will be placed on your card when it is processed. If you prefer to send a check, please request a shipping quote via email before you mail your payment.

If there is a problem with a candle that you have purchased from us, please either call us, or email us with your name, phone number and a description of the problem, and we will call you to resolve the issue. We want you to be pleased with the purchases that you make from us so that you will feel comfortable in returning to purchase our candles again.
