The Oak Habor Area Chamber of Commerce held their annual Easter Candy Hunt on Sat., March 15th, at 2pm.  Mayor Fred Conley opened the ceremony with the introduction of Pastor Fish from the Oak Harbor UB Church offering the opening prayer.  The event drew in more than 400 "eggcited" children and parents.  The Hunt activites began at the Log Cabin in the Park with colorful eggs scattered on the lawn drifts of snow still remainig.  The children then received their numbers to find their special gift at the area Businesses.  The Easter Bunny made his presence first at the Park and then a the VFW where the children were able to get heir adorable pictures taken with the Bunny. The Golden Eggs and special gifts were also handed out at the VFW.
